| The Facility Future Farms has recently moved into their new 70 acre state of the art equine facility just 30 minutes from the Melbourne International Airport in the quite area of Bolinda Victoria (between Sunbury and Romsey) The farms has 48 boxes over 3 barns many indoor hot and cold washes / tack / feed rooms 24m x 6m glass inclosed viewing / enteraining area indoor Arnea (60m x 24m) all weather outdoor Arena (60m x 20m) all weather outdoor Show Arena (24m x 15m) all weather outdoor free lunging Arena (20m x 15m) 18m round yard 6 bay hot walker equine treadmill double fenced post and rail stallion paddocks with individual stables double fenced post and rail foaling paddocks with individual stables large number of 60m x 20m post and rail turn out yards (over 20) 1.5km excersise track access to hundreds of km of trails and river country fully funtional indoor breeding / vet lab many large paddocks for broodmare care and spelling machinery shed / hay and feed storage 2 houses and 2 staff apartments for 24 hour care |
